Good Bye Message - Quitting Sims

hi guys. im so sorry i've disappeared. im having a really rough time in RL. i just found out i'm pregnant...with twins. and im only 19, so you could probably imagine the toll it's taking on me. the only things i can really focus on right now is working as much as possible before the boys come, since i'm single and doing this completely on my own. my parents have practically disowned me and my life is turned completely upside down right now so i'm sorry to say, that i can not continue with either Flux magazine or this competition. i am so sorry. you all did amazing throughout the flux competition and i feel really bad that i can't complete your scores. this is the first time i've been able to get onto my computer in two weeks, and even then, i only have a few minutes before i have to head to bed so i can be up in time for work tomorrow.

@PK: you were an amazing judge and im going to really miss working with you! if you'd like to post your scores, and make this round the finale, please feel free to. these girls deserve final results and, like i said, i'm completely torn up that i can't deliver them.

@Alix: i am so sorry i havent been able to get back to you through email, but i just don't have the time or energy or mental capacity to finish what i started with the magazine. please, if you'd like to continue on with flux magazine, do so! i would rather the name live on with your amazing leadership skills then see it disappear just because i had to. if not, that's okay too. but you've been an amazing friend and co-worker and thread bumper.

@Rose: oh rose, you have been my sims bff since the day we started talking in my first cycle of flux. you have grown SO much since that first competition and i'm so proud of you. i'm so sorry that i can't continue on with this, even though i told you i would no matter what. i hope you get all that you deserve in your future competitions and in your RL! i hope you email me from time to time letting me know how you are. it's amazing how close you can get to someone, even when you've never met in person and live in separate countries. 





@NSF Fans: you have all been amazing and  i feel terrible that i can't complete the story for you guys. Maybe someday, I can come back to it and i apologize to those who have been fans since day 1 and won't get to see how the story ends. 


@Flux Magazine Team: we have been like a family since most of you were hired and im going to miss all of you like crazy. Thank you all so much for making Flux what it became. I couldn't have done it without you.


@Kween: i'm sorry you had to deal with so much drama and i hope that someday, everyone can move past it so you can continue to do what you love most. good luck in the future and thanks for all of the talks on MSN! it was always nice getting to vent to you, you are always so full of great advice and ideas! Keep up your amazingness. I will miss you!!!

Strike a Pose Assignment 5

I did really well in the previous assignment. I tied for SECOND place! Wooooot! I think I finally found my inspiration in this competition. For this week, we had to portray the wizard of oz. I, of course, wanted to take this to a high fashion level. Here was my entry:

The Wizard of Oz is a classic and one of Cheyanne's personal favorites, so when she found out that she was to portray it in this week's assignment, Cheyanne was ecstatic! Since Cheyanne is a high fashion model, she wanted to put a high fashion spin on the assignment and portray an adaptation of the amazing movie. With her co-stars, Cheyanne was very proud of the outcome and had a ton of fun on set!

Sims Next Top Model Assignment 4

The scores for the previous assignment were pretty even...I ended up tying with 4 other competitors. I didn't do the greatest, but I still made it through to the next round. For this assignment, we were all assigned a historical landmark from around the world in which we needed to pose for. We had to dress in appropriate attire according to our historical landmark as well. I was assigned the Colosseum, an ancient Roman building that today is a main tourist attraction and incredibly run down. Here was my entry:

Trying to get into the ancient Roman character was not an easy task for Cheyanne this week, but being able to pose at the historical landmark, the Colosseum, was an amazing experience. Even in it's run down state, it's an amazing piece of architecture and Cheyanne couldn't get enough of it.

Strike-a-Pose Assignment 4

I'm finding it very difficult to find my inspiration in this competition...and it's becoming apparent that my entries REALLY aren't that good...I mean, I rarely get negative feedback on here for my pictures that I post, but for just about every strike-a-pose assignment I post, at least 2 people select the negative feedback thing at the bottom of the post =( This has happened once before...but I regained my inspiration by assignment 3 or 4 back when I competed in piapia's competition Superior Modeling. Anyways, I scored VERY low in the wedding assignment, which was more than expected. I thought for sure I would be eliminated, but I BARELY made it. For this assignment, we had to pose with animals. Here was my entry:

Cheyanne is a huge animal lover, and when she was told her next photoshoot took place at the zoo, she was so excited! Cheyanne is obsessed with wild cats, and instantly knew that she wanted to pose in the wild cat reserve. She got right in there with the felines, posing closely with the surprisingly tame leopards.

Strike-A-Pose Assignment 3

I came in 5th place for assignment 2, which isn't bad considering I did terribly in assignment 1. For the next assignment, we had to submit 2 pictures....one of our models enjoying a bachelorette party and one of our model on their wedding day. here's my entry:

Cheyanne was super excited to marry her high school sweetheart, Addison Storm, but Cheyanne is a party animal and was even more excited to have one last chance to party single with her girls for her bachelerette party. Her closest girlfriends took her out to one of the hottest male strip clubs in town and she even got to dance with one of the strippers! It was a blast. But, when the wedding came around, Cheyanne could hardly contain her excitement. She couldn't wait to marry the man of her dreams, and even got a tad impatient when she was waiting for her bridesmaids to go down the isle before her.

Strike-a-Pose Assignment 2

I did NOT do very well in assignment 1. I scored very near the bottom half of the contestants, which hasn't happened to me in a very long time. The judges said they liked my entry, and my chosen outfit, but my background didn't feel very much like a Hot Topic clothing store, which sucks, considering I wasn't trying to make it into a Hot Topic clothing store. Oh well. I just need to step up my game. For this next assignment, we had to show what our model would do if they were a superstar and explain who they use as their inspiration. For every assignment, we need to hand in our entry AND a headshot. Here was my entry:

Cheyanne's mother was a supermodel back in her younger days, and Cheyanne always aspired to be just like her. When Cheyanne first started out her career, her mother gave her some advice that always stuck with her - once you're famous, no matter where you go, people will photograph you so the best thing you can do is embrace it. Always dress your best and when the camera's come out, never get caught doing something you wouldn't want your fans to see. With that being said, Cheyanne never leaves the house if she isn't feeling like a model in what she's wearing, and when she notices the cameras around her, she will pose rather than let the camera's catch her in an awkward situation.

For assignment 2, i came in second place! Woooot =D For this assignment, we were to do a beauty shot, which is a headshot, but we needed to be covered in paint! We had to use at least 3 different colors. This was my entry:

NSF Fans Please Read

Hey fans.

First of all, I want to apologize for the amount of time it's taking me to get the 30th chapter of Never Say Forever out. I've been extremely busy on both the Sims and in RL and am struggling to find a proper balance. I'm getting pretty burnt out and the last thing on my mind right now is NSF.

In real life, I recently went through a major lifestyle change. I broke up with the man I thought I was going to spend the rest of my life with and had to give up my puppy. I lost one of my jobs, and got a promotion at another. Not to mention, since I'm 19 and still haven't gotten enough credits to graduate high school, I have my education to consider as well. Also, I'm writing a book in RL in hopes that someday it will be published, as being a writer is something I've always dreamed about.

On Sims, I have my magazine, the competitions I compete in and the competitions I host. I hope you all understand.

NSF is NOT cancelled, nor will I ever disappear from it. Once I find the balance in my life that I need, I will continue it.

Strike-A-Pose Assignment 1

I made the top 12!! WHOOOP. For the first assignment, we were assigned a clothing boutique in which we had to portray their clothing with 2 shots - a headshot and a bodyshot. This is a non-editing competition. We are only allowed to edit lighting. It's really tough to not touch up these pictures, but oh well. My assigned clothing store was Hot Topic and this was my entry:

Cheyanne was a little skeptical about the store she was assigned when assignments were first given out. She had never shopped at Hot Topic before and was afraid she wouldn't be able to give it her best. After she did her research, she fell in love with the unique clothing and upbeat style that Hot Topic had to offer. Inspiration came flooding in and Cheyanne decided to pose in a clothing boutique as a mannequin to show off the clothing.

Strike-a-Pose Cycle 5 - Audition

Hey everyone! So a long long time ago, I told myself that if Strike-a-pose ever came back for another cycle, I would totally audition. Strike-a-Pose was the main, and the biggest, modeling competition when I first started modeling almost 2 years ago. Well, it finally came back for a 5th cycle and I auditioned! I used Cheyanne Epearlly again, since she's so darn cute!

Sims Next Top Model Assignment 2

We didn't get real scores for the first assignment, since so many people dropped out and it was the first assignment, but I got some great feedback! Both judges had nothing bad to say about my entry, which was nice =D For the next assignment, we had to show our model surviving a chaos, whether it be an accident, a fire, or whatever. We had to make it high fashion and there was no limits to what we could do. This was my entry:

I had to drop out of Kween's Boutique, because I got bronchitus and couldn't meet the deadline on time =( but now, Izzy is finally back and the Gentlemen's Club continues! For this assignment, we had to choose an animal that best represented our model. I chose a snow leopard and here is my entry:

Just Like a snow leopard, people are attracted to Shayne's unusual beauty. She's a rare breed and can easily adapt to her surroundings. Just like most felines, Shayne can be both predator and prey, and both fierce and tameable.

Kween's Boutique Task 1

Yay! I was chosen as a top 10 finalist =D For the first task, we had to show off a particular dress in an advertisement using the Kween's Boutique logo. This was my entry:

LBB Winner Announced

The winner of the first cycle of Little Black Bra was announced and it was unfortunately not me. I came in third place. I'm kind of bummed, but I totally expected it. I never tried very hard on my entries except for the one time I did with the Glamour shot (and then oddly enough, i came in first place for that round hehe >.< ) Anyhow, congrats to the winner!!

I'm Sorry

Hey everyone. I'm sorry I haven't done the new chapter for NSF yet, but right now I'm experiencing some major real life drama and it's taking it's mental toll on me. I haven't been able to do anything Sim related lately, just because I don't have the mental energy right now. Eliminated!!!

Oh no! I got eliminated from She's Got the Look! for my ever-so-lame premade picture. I knew I was going to get eliminated, though. I had to rush the entry, as I had a ton of magazine stuff to finish up so we can launch the next issue, so I guess I'm not entirely surprised. I really didn't like this assignment either. I never have / never will play any premades and this was definitely not my forte. Oh well...6th place out of 30 isn't so bad >.<

Little Black Bra Finale

I came in 3rd place in the previous assignment, which was more than expected since my entry really sucked. Anyways, we are now in the finale and for this last assignment, we had to show our model as a pin up promoting our arm, whether it's the military troops, the marines, etc. This was my entry:

She's Got the Look! Assignment 12

I came in first place again in assignment 11! Yaay! Two first places in a row!!! For this next assignment, it was a little tough. We had to choose a premade townie from any of the premade EA neighborhoods and show our models hanging out with them, doing activities that belong to one of the premade's traits. I chose Rickie Striker from Bridgeport and this was my entry:

Cashmere spent the day hanging out with Richie Striker from Bridgeport. As a 5 star celebrity, Cashmere was a little star struck, even though she is a B-list celebrity already. Richie was a great guy to hang out with. He was a little hot-headed and Cashmere hated his temper, but otherwise he was a lot of fun. His biggest trait is his athletic trait and he taught Cashmere how to throw a football. Being seen in public with him also got Cashmere on the A-list celebrity charts >.<

Hey everyone! I hope you all had a great Easter! I spent some time with the family and ended up eating more turkey and mashed potatoes then I ever thought possible. I literally felt light headed and 10 pounds heavier after tonight's meal. As a chocolate addict, I'm in love with this holiday. Been getting chocolate handed to me ALL fricken day, it was wonderful! She's Got the Look! Assignment 10

I came in second place for assignment 9, wooooooot! Looks like my luck is starting to go back to normal in this competition >.< For this assignment, we were all assigned an emotion that we had to portray. Mine was embarrassment. This was my entry:

Despite the fact that her ex boyfriend crashed her wedding, Cashmere still went ahead and married Acer - the man she claims is the love of her life. Her ex boyfriend was not very pleased with this and as Cashmere's fame steadily rises daily, he decided to use that to his advantage. Out of spite, her ex posted pictures on the internet that was meant for his eyes only. She had taken some sexy pictures of herself years ago when they dated for his birthday and he kept them all this time. Within minutes, the pictures went viral and Cashmere couldn't go anywhere without people pointing and staring and men drooling over her. It was so embarrassing!

STRUT Assignment 2

Rose and I came in second with our gothic runway picture. Woot! For this assignment, we had to portray an anime character, video game character, hero, villain, etc. Rose and I decided to do Cat Woman. We were to do 2 photos: 1 of just the character we chose and a bonus picture showing that character interacting with an item or person they are known to have around them at all times. Here was our entry:

I have reached a breaking point with the stupid freakin' Sims 3 forums! I'm actually starting to see this damn oops! page in my nightmares!

EA is making it fricken hard to run a competition when every time I click on the Forums button, I get graced with the presence of a baby in a dishwasher. And it's only on my Googe Chrome browser. When I use EI, it works fine, except for EI is so fricken slow!!! I will type something and then sit there and wait while I watch what I just type verrrrryyy slowly show up. It's the most agonizing thing to sit through, especially when you're someone with a very short attention span and absolutely NO patience. It's not just MY chrome browser in particular, either. I went on both my laptop and my brother's computer, both which have chrome, and I get this oops! page. *Sigh* Looks like I need to go back to using mozilla firefox =(

Again, I didn't score very well in the previous assignment. I used to score VERY well in this competition before it died and then got revived. And now? I keep getting waaaayy below my standards for myself =( Oh well. Keep my head up high, I guess. For this assignment, we had to "bring sexy back" in a sexy role playing entry. Here was my entry:

"When the bell ends the day, the teacher will play..."

Cashmere loved the idea for role playing with this assignment and immediately entered just about all men's young fantasies. She decided to play Sexy School teacher.

Little Black Bra Assignment 3

Still haven't gotten scores for the previous assignment and the competition is running rather slow. Anyways, for this assignment, we were supposed to be topless on a beech scene. This was my entry:

She's Got the Look! Assignment 8

I didn't score very well on my medevil themed picture...4th place is not scoring well for me >.> anyways, for this assignment, we had to choose to portray either a Dream Wedding or a Wedding Nightmare. I decided to mix a little bit of both, ending in a wedding nightmare. Here was my entry:

The day Cashmere was to marry her fiance, Acer was a day that she never wanted to forget - and boy did she get what she hoped for. For the most part, everything was going perfectly. Her neurotic best friend was her maid of honor, which was perfect, considering she was a total perfectionist and loves to plan things. The wedding was in her very capable hands and Cashmere had all the faith in the world that the ceremony would be perfect. As far as anyone could tell, it actually was the the perfect ceremony. The decorations were beautiful and everybody was thrilled for Cashmere and Acer. The only problem they had was the fact that the groomsmen were annoyed that they had to wear pink dress shirts to match the color scheme of the wedding, but otherwise, nothing went wrong. Just before the priest was about to ask them to say their vows, chaos occurred in the form of Cashmere's drunk, jealous ex. He stumbled into the chapel, practically falling all over the isle, calling out "I OBJECT! I OBJECT!" Cashmere couldn't believe her eyes. Acer grew furious, and his best man tried helplessly to calm him down. Cashmere's maid of honor was in complete melt-down mode as everyone watched the so called perfect wedding crash and burn before their eyes.

STRUT Assignment 1

For this assignment we were to create a Gothic Runway entry. Since Rose (pooh90) is my designer, she decided that she wanted lace to be our main theme in the outfit. Here was our entry:

Rose's Description:
I wanted to go with an antique gothic look but for it to still look runwayish. With a color skeem of pale purple and black to keep with the antique look. I wanted the outfit to be mainly based around lace so we chose lacy gloves and shoes. For the patern I chose somthing exiding but plain at the same time. 

She's Got the Look! Assignment 7

She's Got the Look! has been revived! Andy (the host) came back and asked everyone if they'd like to continue. All but 2 people said yes, so we are back in the competition! When Andy left, she had made assignment 7 that hippy one, but I guess she forgot when she go back because assignment 7 turned into a Going Medieval assignment. For this assignment, we had to do an ingame pic only...no editing allowed EXCEPT editing for exposure/contrast on picnik was REQUIRED. We also had to provide a before and after picture using picnik. Here is what I wrote about it:

Description: Forbidden Love. Separated by two different worlds, Cashmere and her lover, Acer Dumont, shouldn't be together. Cashmere has an arranged marriage, just as all maidens of the county do. She's to marry the Duke of Sunset Valley. But, without a doubt, her heart belongs to Acer. Cashmere's family doesn't approve of Acer. He works in the windmills and makes very little money. The Duke was born wealthy and her parents believe that money is everything and she should marry someone who can 'take care of her'. To Cashmere, none of that matters. All she wants is to be with Acer. Will that ever be possible?
